How to make a Refund Application

Notify Auto Europe of any incidents potentially leading to a refund under this Refundable Excess Rate by locating your reservation under Manage My Bookings. Select "Contact our Customer Service Team" at the bottom of the page. The submission must be made within 150 days from the end of your rental. Not doing so may void this agreement.

We will require your rental documentation listed under ‘Refund Procedure’ on the PDF below.

If any documents are missing, Auto Europe will request them from the supplier. Providing complete information and documentation facilitates quicker processing. Requests for additional information or missing documents from suppliers have a minimum response time of 3 weeks.
